Vibrating screen is the circular vibrating type; we called it circular vibrating screen also. SBM’s vibrating screen earns this name by reason of its approximately circular movement. Vibrating screen is of multilayer and high efficient. The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust amplitude. This kind of vibrating screen is of long streamline, clear screening for different specifications.

The vibrating screen is suitable for wide range of applications such as screening of either dry or wet sand gravel crushed stone, all types of ores and for many industrial applications. Various combinations of sizes of width are available to meet capacity requirements for aggregates crushing plants.

SBM Vibrating Screen Features:

• It uses eccentric block to produce strong exciting force.
• Crossbeam and the main body of the screen are connected with high strength screw bolts. So they have the features of simple structure and easy maintenance.
• It adopts tire clutch with capability of flexible connection and stable operation.
• It adopts the structure of small amplitude, high frequency, large obliquity to make the screen hold the capability of high efficiency, large handling capacity, long life span, low consumption, little noise.

Vibrating Screen is composed of main frame, screen web, electric motor, eccentric bock, rubber spring, coupler and so on.

The motor drives the eccentric block of the exciter to do high-speed rotation through the coupling. The rotating eccentric block produces strong centrifugal force to stimulate sieve box to perform certain amplitude circular motion. Being affected by the impulse from the sieve box, the materials on the oblique screen surface are continuously slung, and the particles whose are smaller than sieve pores pass through the sieve to achieve classification.
